Payment Policy

  • Extra bed available at USD 18 per night

  • All rates exclude 10% VAT and 5% service charge

  • A 3% bank fee applies to payments made by Visa and MasterCard

Check-in / Check-out Policy

  • Check-in: from 14:00

  • Check-out: no later than 12:00

  • Early check-in & late check-out: subject to availability and additional charges

Late check-out fees:

  • From 12:00 to 17:00: 50% of room rate

  • After 17:00: 100% of room rate

For early arrivals or late departures, we recommend booking an additional night to guarantee room availability.

Booking Guarantee

  • A valid credit card is required at time of booking

  • The same card used for booking must be presented at check-in

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation if made at least 72 hours before arrival

  • Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows: 100% of first night’s room rate and tax will be charged

  • In case of no-show: full booking charge applies

  • Early Bird, Long Stay, Last Minute, and Package rates are non-refundable and non-changeable

  • Refunds (if applicable) may take 7–20 working days

    • A 3% fee applies for Visa/MasterCard, 5% for American Express

Children Policy

  • Children under 5 years old: stay free of charge

  • Children 5 and above or extra adults: USD 15 per person per night
